Directions from Nashville International Airport:

• As you exit airport, favor the extreme right-hand lanes.
• Turn right onto the ramp for Donelson Pike South (TN 255).
• Travel about 2.5 miles to where the road naturally turns right onto Harding Place.
• Travel about 1.4 miles down Harding Place, passing over Interstate 24.
• Just after you pass over the Interstate, turn left onto Interstate 24 East.
• Travel 10 miles down Interstate 24 to Exit 66B (Sam Ridley Parkway East).
• Cloverleaf off the Interstate onto Sam Ridley Parkway East toward Smyrna.
• Go straight through two traffic-lighted intersections which are very close together.
• Begin watching for a yellow Bob Parks Realty sign on the right.
• Just before the Bob Parks sign, turn right onto Potomac Place.
• Once on Potomac Place, begin watching for a Washington Square sign on the left.
• Turn left into Washington Square; we're the first business on the left.

• Take Interstate 24 West to Exit 66 (Sam Ridley Parkway East).
• Bear to the right to naturally merge onto Sam Ridley Parkway East toward Smyrna.
• Go straight through two traffic-lighted intersections (which are very close together).
• Begin watching for a yellow Bob Parks Realty sign on the right.
• Just before the Bob Parks sign, turn right onto Potomac Place.
• Once on Potomac Place, begin watching for a Washington Square sign on the left.
• Turn left into Washington Square; we're the first business on the left.

Directions from Lebanon:

• Take Interstate 40 West about 2 1/2 miles to Exit 235 (TN-840 West).
• TN-840 West toward Murfreesboro for 16 miles.
• Take the TN-266 Exit 61 to Smyrna for .3 miles.
• Turn right at West Jefferson Pike and head toward/around Smyrna for 8.2 Miles.
• If you just follow the road it will turn into Sam Ridley Parkway as you travel.
• After you pass a Wendy's on the Right, you're getting close.
• Begin watching for a yellow Bob Parks Realty sign on the left.
• Just after the Bob Parks sign, turn left onto Potomac Place.
• Once on Potomac Place, begin watching for a Washington Square sign on the left.
• Turn left into Washington Square; we're the first business on the left.

Directions from Columbia:

• Travel North and East from Columbia onto Interstate 65 North.
• Take Exit 59 onto Tennessee 840 East (and bear to right when ramp forks).
• Stay on 840 for 22 miles, then take Exit 53B onto Interstate 24 West toward Nashville.
  (Be careful at this off ramp... it's a clover-leaf and you have to slow down quickly...)
• Take Interstate 24 West to Exit 66 (Sam Ridley Parkway East).
• Bear to the right to naturally merge onto Sam Ridley Parkway East toward Smyrna.
• Go straight through two traffic-lighted intersections (which are very close together).
• Begin watching for a yellow Bob Parks Realty sign on the right.
• Just before the Bob Parks sign, turn right onto Potomac Place.
• Once on Potomac Place, begin watching for a Washington Square sign on the left.
• Turn left into Washington Square; we're the first business on the left.

Observation: Those familiar with Almaville road might choose to exit 840 at Exit 47 (Almaville Road) and take it 7 miles north until it hits Interstate 24, but while this shortens the trip by about 6 miles, it generally does not shorten the duration of the trip, as Almaville road is narrow and winds around considerably... speed 45 MPH.
