The primary target population is mid- level and upper level technicians who are responsible for hardware functionality of microcomputers on a more sophisticated level than that of entry level, including installation, support and troubleshooting, as well as second level support.
Remember:  The combination of either A+ and Network+ or A+ and Server+ can substitute for the MCSA elective.
